Installation warranty
Installed Correctly, Every Time
We want you completely satisfied with the installation of your home improvement products, so we provide an installation warranty for the one-time installation of select products.
In addition to any manufacturer’s warranty on the products used (which takes effect on the date they are installed), if the workmanship of an installation arranged by our company proves faulty within two years after the products are installed, then upon notice from you, we will have the faults corrected by repair at no additional cost to you.
The installation warranty on some products is longer than two years. Your contract has the precise length of each installation warranty.
Products should be inspected before installation and any defects reported at that time; installation constitutes acceptance of the products. The proper finishing, care and maintenance of the products are the owner’s responsibility, and important to keep them performing year after year.

What’s the difference between the installation warranty and a product warranty?
The installation warranty covers our workmanship: how the products were installed. Product warranties come from the manufacturers and cover defects in the products themselves.
How long is the installation warranty?
Two years after the products are installed, and longer for some products. Your contract has the precise length for each one.
What isn’t covered?
Product defects (covered by the product warranties instead) and damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance.
What is the Golden Pledge warranty?
One of GAF’s upgraded roofing warranties. It is available only through GAF Master Elite contractors like Panda Exteriors.
