Chris Atkinson was my initial contact with the company! Very down to earth, honest and understanding. He showed a deep understanding of the process with the insurance company. I opted not to wait for the insurance review and from that point Panda/Chris moved speed with purpose to obtain supplies once I let them know what I wanted! He graciously handed me off to Jonathan and his team and the job was completed yesterday and I am beaming from the results. They went above and beyond to ensure colors from existing structures matched the roofing! My raised beds and plants were protected and the clean up impeccable. Overjoyed with the results! I was listened to and understood! We often don’t need roofing but when you do Panda is who I would recommend.

From the initial meetings with Cael and Mike to the actual replacement with Jim and his crew; my experience with Panda Exteriors was positive.... A+. I am very happy with the job. I will recommend this company.

I contacted Panda Exteriors at the recommendation of friends who had recently had their roof replaced. My experience far surpassed my expectations. From the first visit to inspect damage I was seeing, the team at Panda was very helpful and walked me through every step explaining everything and helping me navigate the process. Installation day was amazing. The team arrived before 8 and the project manager was onsite and communicating with me throughout the day.

As a repeat customer of Panda Exteriors, I can confidently say they continue to impress. Our recent project to upgrade the flat roof on our historic home was an outstanding experience, largely due to our project manager, Eric Kibler. What truly set him apart was his unwavering commitment to communication and follow-through.

I had an outstanding experience with Panda Exterior! From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. The installation was completed on time and with great attention to detail. The quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations—the finished product looks amazing and has already made a noticeable difference in both appearance and efficiency. The crew kept the area clean and were respectful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Panda Exterior for anyone looking for reliable, top-notch exterior work. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

This company was very efficient. They delivered the materials a few days before the project and finished the same day. And they also cleaned up very well. I was very satisfied. Thank you so much!
